To ensure a pleasant stay for you and to maintain good relations with our neighbors, please observe the following house rules:

• Maximum Occupancy: The property may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Unregistered overnight guests are strictly prohibited.
• Noise, Community Peace, and Common Areas: Guests must respect neighbors and strictly comply with the building’s community rules and local municipal ordinances. Loud noises, music, or disturbances are forbidden between 22:00 and 08:00. Furthermore, guests must strictly adhere to the specific opening hours and usage rules posted at the swimming pool, sports courts, and all other common facilities.
• Keys and Access Wristbands: Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of all property keys and facility/pool access wristbands. Loss of any key or access wristband will incur a replacement fee of €50 per item.
  
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
• Energy Conservation: To help protect the environment and avoid technical issues, please ensure that air conditioning, heating, and lights are turned off whenever you leave the property. Please keep windows closed while the air conditioning is running.
• Garbage Disposal: Guests are responsible for disposing of their trash regularly. Garbage must be bagged and deposited in the municipal containers located on the street  according to local schedules.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed in the property.
• Check-out State: Upon departure, please leave the property in a generally tidy condition. Dishes should be washed and all trash must be removed.
