Cancellation policy

Cancellation & Payment Policy:

• Booking Deposit: 20% of the total amount (required immediately to confirm reservation).
• Final Balance: 80% of the total amount (due 14 days before check-in).

Cancellation Terms:

• More than 14 days before check-in: Free cancellation (excluding the 20% booking deposit).
• 14 days or less before check-in: 100% non-refundable.
• No-Show: In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Note: Failure to pay the 80% balance 14 days prior to arrival will result in automatic cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the 20% deposit.
